We do allow up to 2 cats for a $250 refundable pet deposit. Street parking. Linens are included. The carriage house does not have a washer/dryer but there is a local laundromat. There is an outdoor patio for tenant use. The application fee is $35 per person and the refundable security deposit is $1800. We offer month-to-month leases only.
