BARRY HARDISON

My professional career includes 17 years in sales and marketing with Marriott International, followed by 4 years as Regional Director of Franchise Sales for Hawthorne Suites and La Quinta Inns. This career provided me with an extensive background in hospitality, marketing, sales, and negotiations. 24 years ago I began my real estate career as an investor. This allowed me to work from home and serve as Mr. Mom to our two young children while my wife taught at Hill City Elementary School.
When we moved to Pickens County over 25 years ago and bought a home, it became clear that there was a great need for professional representation in real estate transactions. I have been married to my wife Suzanne for 29 years. We have two beautiful children. Our daughter Hannah is 24 years old and a graduate of Georgia Southern. Our son Reagan is 22 years old and a graduate of PHS. I enjoy being very involved in our community and currently serve on the Board of the Community Thrift Store, and the Hope House. I am a member of the Rotary Club of Jasper as well as the Optimist Club of Jasper. We are members of the Ball Ground Global Methodist Church.
